About Proofline

Less time assembling answers.
More room for judgment.

Proofline brings research agents, source evidence and human review into one process. Built for the work where a confident answer is only useful if you can check how it was reached.

Why we are building it
01A real questionYour task and context
02The supporting recordSources stay attached
03A reviewable draftFindings and open checks
04Your judgmentThe next step stays yours
Why this exists

Bring the records together. Keep the reasoning visible.

Research is scattered across company records, documents, policies and news. Proofline helps turn that context into work another person can inspect.

  1. Start with the question.Define the task, the sources and what a useful result should contain.
  2. Keep the evidence close.Review findings beside their supporting records and open checks.
  3. Leave room for judgment.Use a clear draft to support the next decision your team makes.
01

For repeat work

Start with a reusable agent or playbook for company research, supplier diligence, account preparation or market research.

02

For the reviewer

Keep cited evidence and open questions beside the result so the next person can inspect the work.

03

For your process

Use the workspace, API or MCP interface to fit research into the tools and review steps you already use.

The product principles

Five principles. One useful answer.

These principles guide how the product is built and how its results should be used.

PRINCIPLE 01 / 05

Show the source

A claim without a citation is a guess. Research should make its evidence inspectable, so people can check the result for themselves.

  • Open the supporting record.
  • Keep the quoted passage with the finding.
  • Make conflicting evidence visible.
A source trail supports review. It does not make a model infallible.
How we work

The details are the product.

A research product earns its place through clear behavior, inspectable outputs and measured changes. Corrections should improve the method, not disappear into another conversation.

  1. 01

    Write it down

Each change starts with a short written plan and a clear reason.

  2. 02

    Measure the change

Agents have eval cases; a new version must pass them before it is published.

  3. 03

    Keep corrections

A reviewer’s correction can become a test case for the next version.

  4. 04

    Publish the details

Costs, limits and what the product cannot do yet are written on this site.

Clarity before confidence

Know the controls.
Understand the limits.

Review access, data handling, retention and the product’s current certification status before choosing the context you bring into a workspace.
